Our Hop Experiments are an ever changing array of small batch hoppy beers focused on exploring the world of hops!

Countless different beers featuring a myriad of hops: new and experimental, old or obscure; or even hops we just chose to brew with on a whim.

[Idaho 7 (Double Dry Hop), Blanc, Sterling, Cascade]
Tasting Notes: Mango, Apricot, Peach, Papaya, Orange, and light resin.
No. 8 - Session Red IPA
(Motueka, Idaho 7, Sterling, & Saphir)
Tasting Notes: orange, pine, apricot, and white peach, over a bready malt base
