Oktoberfest-Märzen

This medium-bodied amber lager is full flavored and malty with a dry finish that keeps it drinkable by the liter. Traditionally floor-malted Munich and Vienna malts contribute rich flavors of fresh baked bread with underlying notes of hazelnut and honey.

Hop Experiment

Our Hop Experiments are an ever changing array of small batch hoppy beers focused on exploring the world of hops!

Countless different beers featuring a myriad of hops: new and experimental, old or obscure; or even hops we just chose to brew with on a whim.

A drawing board of sorts where all our hoppy ideas come to life.

Ventanita Series

Our “Ventanita: Coffee Infused Series” is a continuous collaborative effort with specialty coffee roasters.

Specialty coffee can display a diverse array of flavors that can come as a surprise to the uninitiated.

We work closely with our coffee roasting friends at each step of the process to create a perfectly balanced interplay between both coffee and beer.

Each batch of this series will feature a different coffee infused into a beer selected in order to highlight (without overpowering) its unique character.

Frank the Tank

Dark chocolate and french press coffee dominate the palate, accompanied by a fruity bouquet of dark cherry, blackberry, and raisin along with hints of dark brown sugar.

Obsidian, tongue coating, and balanced to bittersweet perfection; it is surprisingly quaffable considering its rich body and strength

The potent alcohol content manifests itself as thick legs on the sides of the glass; and potentially, a desire to go streaking (Which we do not condone. Even if “everybody’s doing it.”).

“Fill it up again! It’s so good! Once it hits your lips, it’s so good!” – Frank the Tank
