El Farito IPA

Named after Key Biscayne’s beloved Cape Florida Lighthouse, nicknamed “El Farito” by locals. Originally built in 1825, it is the oldest standing structure in Miami Dade. El Farito has been recommissioned, rebuilt, restored, and relit numerous times throughout its history. It is a beacon that stands as a symbol of Miami’s perseverance.

El Farito shines the hue of a golden sunset, and boasts an intense hoppy nose of citrus and tropical fruit. A firm but smooth bitterness, and undertones of light biscuit and honey linger throughout. This bright IPA will satisfy your hop fix anytime of day.

Freedom Tower

The story of American Amber Ale is one of pioneering and freedom. Developed by innovative American Craft brewers on the West Coast, few styles of beer encompass such a wide range of interpretations.

We named our Amber Ale after Miami’s most recognizable landmark, sometimes referred to as the “Ellis Island of the South” for its historical association with our local Cuban-American population.

Freedom Tower Amber is a malt-forward ale that features lush flavors of toffee, caramel, and toast. Classic American hops and a fruity ale strain give this beer a refined fruity aroma reminiscent of stone fruit. Clean bitterness and a dry finish keep this medium-bodied ale very drinkable.

La Finca Miami

Saison (Season) is an age-old Belgian farmhouse style that was historically brewed to be enjoyed by the “Saisonniers” (seasonal farm labourers) as they worked the fields of Wallonia. Saison was typically brewed to a very low alcohol percentage because it seemed that the workers were much more productive when sober. Saison is always crisp, dry, and thirst quenching.

Crisp and exceptionally refreshing; “La Finca Miami” is the perfect companion on a hot day. A classic Belgian yeast strain is at the heart of this straw-colored brew, showcasing its fruity and spicy characteristics. Floor-malted wheat and barley malts lend their soft, yet complex, flavor; and a blend of German and American hops work in support with their citrusy/grassy aroma profiles.
