We named our Amber Ale after Miami’s most recognizable landmark, so called for its deep ties to our local Cuban-American population. This ale features malt-y caramel flavors with subtle hints of stone fruit.

We named our Amber Ale after Miami’s most recognizable landmark, sometimes referred to as the “Ellis Island of the South” for its historical association with the local Cuban-American population.
Freedom Tower Amber is a malt-forward ale that features lush flavors of toffee, caramel, and toast. Classic American hops and our house yeast strain give this beer a refined fruity aroma reminiscent of stone fruit. Clean bitterness and a dry finish keep this medium-bodied ale very drinkable.
