Our Pale Ale is light and refreshing, designed with the hot Miami Summer in mind. A subtle and unobtrusive character of honey-like malt allows premium and experimental hop varietals to showcase themselves in their fullest glory.
It seems that even Hallertau, the world’s oldest hop growing region, is feeling the side effects of the Craft Beer renaissance. Hallertau Blanc is one of a new breed of hops being grown in Germany; with the goal of satisfying the demands of Craft Brewers and our perpetual quest for newer and bolder flavors.
Hallertau Blanc gets its name from region where it is grown, and its aromatic resemblance to the Sauvignon Blanc wines of New Zealand’s South Island. We felt this pedigree of “Old world meets New” in many ways paralleled our brewing style, making Hallertau Blanc a fitting choice to be featured in our inaugural 2016 Pale Ale release.
Dry hopping with Hallertau Blanc leaves our Pale Ale redolent with juicy aromas of passion fruit, gooseberry, grapefruit, and lemon.
