The classic Tripels of Belgium were the inspiration for our Abbey 8.
A bright golden ale that is elegant and dangerously easy to drink, considering its strength. Like many classic Tripels, the complex fruit and spice notes are enigmatic and difficult to describe. Citrus zest, peppery spice, and distinct herbal noble hop character come to the fore. Lively carbonation almost dances on the tongue with a dry and sparkling finish.
